Think you
had a BAD day at the lake? Nothing compares to this tale of boat horror!

Cincinnati Model Boat Club is a non-profit club that joins people together who are interested in radio controlled boat racing. RC boat racing is a sport that can be for individuals, or families. Our members range in age, since this exciting hobby is for people of all ages and experiences. Through monthly meetings and local races, CMBC allows members to build strong relationships with other RC boat-hobbyists. Currently, there are approximately 23 members.
CMBC is affiliated with IMPBA (International Model Power Boat Association), and is part of IMPBA's District 2. Members of CMBC must be a member of IMPBA in order to race at any IMPBA-affiliated races throughout the US and the World.
CMBC has meetings every first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm. During the warmer months, the meetings are usually held at a lake that CMBC has permission to use. In the winter months the meetings are usually held at a member's home.
The club hosts races every year, and in 2004 we hosted the Gas Nationals sponsored by Komatsu Zenoah. Races are full of fast boats, good friends, awesome prizes, and most importantly, fun!
